2026 Rossford Balloon & Fireworks Fest – America 250
Mark your calendar for the Rossford Balloon & Fireworks Fest (Rossford BFF.com), July 17–19, 2026! This year, we’re joining in the nationwide America 250 commemoration with three days of unforgettable family fun.
Friday and Saturday evening feature hot air balloon launches that fill the sky before landing for a magical Balloon Glow at dusk, followed by spectacular pyro-musical fireworks shows at 10 PM, choreographed to music with dazzling aerial wonders and ground displays. For an extra thrill, don’t miss the chance to take a ride yourself—tethered hot air balloon rides will be offered Friday through Sunday nights from 7–10 PM, with an easy-access basket making this experience inclusive for all.
Live music will keep the festival rocking as you explore the grounds, grab your favorite eats from more than a dozen food trucks, and enjoy a cold beverage. Families will love the Kids’ Fun Zones by Hero’s Party Experience, packed with bounce houses, obstacle courses, carnival games, balloon artists, face painting, and circus performers from Bird’s Eye View Circus. Local vendors and businesses will showcase merchandise, and colorful event t-shirts and gear will be available to commemorate your visit.
✨ Sunday, July 19 – Heritage Day
New for 2026, join us for a celebration of Rossford's Eastern European roots. Enjoy lively polka music, Ukrainian dancers and traditional foods, plus a Cars through the Decades Show - from the 1920's to the 2020's. Heritage-themed crafts and storytelling will add to the fun. As night falls, watch the sky light up with a drone show honoring America 250, (Rain date for fireworks if Friday or Saturday shows were postponed due to weather.)
🎟️ Entry is free! The festival runs from 5–11 PM on Friday and Saturday, and 2-10 PM on Sunday.
