It was a great place to stay. The bed was really comfortable. It is nice inside. The teenagers slept on the pullout couch and slept fine. The location was great for access to the soccer stadium.

I can't recommend this company and property highly enough. This was a big deal for me to organise a trip to Nashville for my husband's 70th as a surprise for him. Without Megan's help I would have struggled to make it such a successful trip. The studio is perfect for a couple. It is beautifully appointed and there are so many added touches to help make your stay perfect. Thank you Megan for everything!

Southbound stays was great from the day I booked with them! They were so helpful and responded quickly both via email and text message. The studio that we stayed in was the cutest little place and had everything we needed! Located just about 15 minutes outside of downtown Nashville, it was the perfect location. The wifi was great and I had no problems taking my online classes during my stay, which was a major concern of mine. They did a great job of cleaning and sanitizing prior to our visit. I look forward to using them again and hopefully bringing my pup along with me next time!

Hands down, the best vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in! We spent Valentines weekend at the Country Cottage in East Nashville. The house is super cute, the beds large and comfortable, it was clean and stocked with all the necessities, and even a few surprises! We traveled with our two pups, and they felt at home too. I will be staying at one of their homes again!

We very much enjoyed our stay. I will be checking out their other listings as I will probably be back to Nashville soon and would love to stay at one of their properties. I like that they didn’t just say it but literally took care of every detail. The s’mores set up, the labeled cabinets, luggage racks, umbrellas, and countless other extras made our stay special. While the entry to the home is a bit tricky once you figure it out it’s pretty easy.

Our stay at the Country Cottage was awesome! The hosts thought of everything we might need and then some! As a family traveling with small children it helped so much to not have to bring all the kid stuff. The house is in a fun neighborhood with lots of nearby restaurants and grocery stores, and it was a quick Uber downtown. Hosts are super responsive and thoughtful-highly recommend!

We couldn't have been more pleased with our host and stay @SouthboundStays! Our family enjoyed the personal touches Megan had throughout her property in E. Nashville. It was close to many places and a very short trip to downtown. Our granddaughter got use of the pack and play. There were toys, books and Crayola markers to keep the four year. old busy. We had breakfast on the front porch in the rocking chairs.We found a fabulous pizza place within walking distance. Megan had a stocked closet with some of the commonly forgotten items. One such item was a safety pin that saved the front of my dress I was wearing to a wedding. Each room had an Alexis to play music. The beds and linen are a HUGE selling point. Each person agreed how comfortable the beds were. Megan had linen spray, bottled waters, Moon Pies and flowers on each bed. First class! Every utensil and small appliance were present in her well stocked kitchen. The living room was a comfortable meeting place for us. Quality leather furniture. There is a great taco place right around the corner. Mas Taco. We ate there twice. You are walking distance from a big grocery store. There are very colorful murals right down the street that make perfect selfie opportunities.Our host were very good communicating with us before and during our stay. We had zero issues we needed them for, but each day, there was an email making sure everything was ok. If you are on the fence about renting thus home, go for it! This was our first time renting this home, but I know it won't be our last.

I reserved "Lyric" for my daughter's wedding weekend and wasn't disappointed! The home was welcoming, cozy, and perfect for our weekend. All of the amenities were perfect and a great touch! Thank you Meg for making the entire process and stay easy! It certainly added to the incredible weekend!
