We rented the New Nashview and it was an amazing place to stay. If I did have an issue or question, the team was very responsive. The views are incredible

We loved this property and the property management team. They were super responsive. Michael was wonderful to work with. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the home. The house is so perfect to hang out as a group that we found ourselves staying in more than we planned just to enjoy being together! I highly recommend staying with Playlist!!

My group of 10 stayed at the Music City Chic property they manage in Germantown. This house was perfect. 4 level house with 5 bedrooms to keep the group together, not to mention a well stocked place of towels, glasses, plates etc. but a grill, pool table, hot tub and rooftop with plenty of seating. It was a pleasure to reserve this place with Alex and Tracy.

Our family group of 6 stayed very comfortably at the 1129 Archer property just a 20 minute walk from the Gulch. The condo was beautiful. Big, well stocked kitchen, beautiful spacious bedrooms, multiple bathrooms and very clean. A bonus was the rooftop patio with a view of the city lights. The property is so conveniently located to all the Nashville things to do! Highly recommend.

We stayed in one of their houses in 12th South in Nashville. The place was so nice and so clean. None of us wanted to ever leave! The company was really nice. We stopped at their office to check in and they took the time to help plan out our agenda and make sure we knew the best places to go. We went downtown to the honkytonks one night. It was a $10 Lyft and only about 10 minutes. We spent an entire day walking to all of the shops and restaurants in 12th South since we were able to walk to everything. This was my first trip to Nashville and it was such an amazing time. I would definitely book with them again because they took the time to make sure we had all the information we needed to make the most of our visit. And if all of their houses are a nice and clean as the one we stayed in...you can't go wrong!

Paul and the entire Playlist Properties team are total professionals in every way and a joy to work with! We purchased our first STR (short term rental) this year in the brand new "Odyssey at the Park". There are approximately 14,775 details that you need to handle when you do this and without really clear help, it becomes overwhelming fast. After talking to several places, we knew we had to go with Paul - and Right Away! They jumped in and worked with us until every detail was up to their standards -- even with wonderful decorating help and tips to make it more comfortable for guests. The entire team is welcoming, friendly and they put you instantly at ease, but MOST IMPORTANTLY, they are incredibly knowledgeable and sticklers for details. Paul knows what he is doing and is great at it. I've heard about some struggles others have gone through and that fear is totally gone now. **My favorite thing: They follow every letter of the highest cleaning standards from top to bottom, constantly check everything in the property and also provide service that is unheard of. If you decide to try this as an investment -- please call them and do it in the very nicest and safest way you could ever imagine. I feel so proud and happy with what we have to offer thanks to the team at Playlist! Oh... they also know how to make your place a financial success! That makes its much more fun.

They canceled our reservation the day of when we were already on our way. They were very rude and told us we could find somewhere else to stay. We never received any cancelation notice before the day we were to arrive. Only an hour before check in. They then tried to blame the problem on virbo while being very rude on the phone. I do not recommend doing any business with this company. They are unprofessional and do not care about their customers. Plenty of other decet companies to book a property from that care about their customers.
