We’ve been using VPNoMi for the past two years (contracted for a third year) to manage our Harbor Springs vacation home rental. From startup to helping find snow/lawn services to addressing an emergency septic backup they have been great. The front office staff (Hailey) has great attention to detail and we’ve found her to be very responsive. When I sold my vacation rental property, the new owners chose Vacation Properties of Northern Michigan to manage the property. I worked very closely with Danielle and her team to transition a year's worth of bookings from VRBO to their direct booking site. The process went very smoothly and all of the guests were thrilled they not only could retain their reservation, but they saved money by booking direct saving them the Airbnb and Vrbo booking fees. I continued to follow the property's calendar and was impressed to see that they were getting a lot more bookings working with VPNoMi then I was getting when the property was self-managed. If I had to do it over again, I would work with them vs. managing the property myself.
