I spend a week+ at this property with my daughter and grand kids. The owner was supper responsive to our questions and concerns. We really appreciated the attention to detail including a rack of attraction/discount brochures. They were a big help planning our day trip excursions. The location was very convenient to down town, surrounding area, and, an easy drive to the airport. The game/media room was above and beyond expectations! All amenities were as advertised or better. We would defiantly recommend the Oasis to anyone looking for a home base in Nashville.

My kids and family loved our stay here. It’s very large with an upstairs and downstairs. My kids had room to spread out and the layout allowed my disabled dad to have a room near all the amenities with easy access despite the size. The game room, art, furniture and patio are all thoughtfully functional while being quite attractive as well.

Phenomenal Airbnb. Absolutely the most unique and fun property in Nashville. Attention to detail is amazing, and its premium top to bottom. Location is unreal! Love it here

RUN AWAY FROM THIS SITE...........DANGER.....UNSAFE.....NOT KID, FAMILY FRIENDLY. This was the worse Christmas 2020 ever for me and my family. We took a chance to go on a trip although we are all trying to recover from Covid 19 Shut Down. We were very excited to be able to pack and head to Tennessee . However when we arrived on the evening on Wednesday December 23rd not realizing we were in a war zone of low income housing as it appears by the close relation of the property around us less than 200 feet away. At the front door as we entered the property we were all sadden (12) Family Members shocked to find the location of where we would stay for the next three days. The first indication pf trouble to our left and right we were sitting in a open lot of dump trucks and tractor trailers attached parking in the back and side doors with an open fence to have anyone walk up and not announce themselves....,Who wants to feel afraid, WE ALL DID at the sight of the open gate that was missed a SECURED LOCK.....Although the decor was highlighted with loud colors, It did not cover the DIRTY KITCHEN,- SINKS, with no towels to wash dishes only a reused scrub pad.......NASTY Filled with Bacteria and Disease POTS AND PANS BATHROOM, LAUNDRY ROOM, BEDROOMS. TUB AND SHOWERS WERE ALL RESULTS OF THE LAST RENTER HAIR FOLLICLES It was over the top for me to see that the refrigerator filled with used food. At no point should you be expected to see the results of the last renters groceries. No Mayo No Ketchup No Grits Salt or Pepper Milk or Eggs should have been left behind. I have included photos of everything that was in a horrible state for this place.....Nashville , on Christmas Day we were awaken to a bombing not 2 blocks away, That was not even close to the bomb that we were living in. this should be a law against someone posting this amount of fee for a nightly rental and expect a family to settle just because they cant get a refund. I will not be silent on the un safe surroundings and un sanitized rooms for anyone to stay. At what point should this be ok. This host does not and will not care for you or your family he has shown this just by his responses that he only wants the money. If you LOVE YOUR FAMILY.....do not BE FOOLED AND BE TAKEN ADVANTAGED OF AS WE WERE....KEEP YOUR MONEY- NEVER SETTLE FOR WHAT YOU ARE NOT ACCUSTOMED TOO- YOUR $$$$$$ SPENT SHOULD MEAN MORE. BE SAFE EVERYONE DON'T LET HIM TAKE YOU LIKE HE TOOK US :(
