Our stay here was lovely! The place was clean and cozy, easy to find, the town feels a bit tucked away, which for us was a nice reprieve from the city. Really wonderful stay, highly recommend!

Not recommended. This house has a nice setting right on the river and offers a lot of nature. But we were very fooled by the misleading property description and photos. Two of the six bedrooms offer no window coverings (no privacy!) and are therefore unusable. There was so much grime, dust, mold. On the first morning of our 3-night stay we discovered animal noises coming from inside the walls. The Wi-Fi was not hooked up to the internet. No cable or satellite TV- one of us brought along a “fire stick”- which is what you’ll have to do if you want to watch TV, plus use your own cellular data to do so. Be advised if you have an infant, the crib pictured is the “slide down” type and is dangerous and has been recalled. No screens on the windows, so you can’t air out the house to get the musty smell out, or the bugs will come inside. All of these issues were reported to the host at the time, and only the internet was addressed on our final day there. To make matters worse, when we asked for a refund, Airbnb failed to act (although we did get a $300 “courtesy” refund) because we “failed to report the issues within 72 hours” in which we provided Airbnb plenty of evidence that we did so. Lesson learned on our part, for sure.

We loved staying at the rental Lago Vista! The home was gorgeous and in a beautiful neighborhood. The management company was very responsive when we had questions and made us feel right at home. Can’t wait to return next time we are in the area.

The whole experience from initial booking to checkout was fantastic. The appartment itself is lovely and spacious; everything was immaculate and super clean with high quality appliances if you need them. The building is really well located just off Rainey Street and has a gym and rooftop pool. It was our first time in Austin, Texas and we'd definitely stay here again next time we visit! Highly recommend this appartment and host! Great work team :)

We can not say enough about this beautiful home and property. Our stay this weekend was so relaxing and peaceful. The description of this home and property cannot project the serenity that comes over you while staying in this home. We recommend this lovely home and property if you are looking for a relaxing stay. We look forward to staying here again, hopefully the near future. Bonus….. It’s pet friendly!!

This house was fabulous. It looked just as pictured. It was clean and organized. It gave us a home feeling away from home. The host was very responsive and cordial. We had a great time here.

very clean and well located for the Primavera Lago Vista bike race. The only minor drawback was that the external gas heater runout of gas after 10 minutes. Everything else was excellent.

Absolutely love this home. Not one detail forgotten. From near immediate response time by the host to wild yet tame deer in the backyard. Everything was perfect
