First time in Nashville and had to seek out this muriel to get a photo op in front of I would recommend getting here early as there is a line that does come with this place. The wings are bigger than expected and more beautiful than it is online. This is something you should add to your stops as you’re making your way around the city.
I've been here four times now and the line has surprisingly never been too long. I love that people are patient, letting everyone get the pictures they want, and kind, taking photos for groups or singles. The mural just brings good vibes.
Awesome picture location! Not to long of a wait on a Saturday around noon. About a mile walk from downtown Broadway. Worth the visit!
Beautiful mural and a fun place to stop for some quick pics with our group. There’s typically a bit of a line but it goes fast and everyone is willing to help each other take pictures! (It’s free… no tickets or payment needed).
Nice wall of art! We didn't have to wait in line, if you're grabbing Brunch at Milk and Honey it's right around the corner.. don't miss it!
My brother Mitch decided to show off his tail feathers at the WhatLiftsYou Wings Mural, dressed head-to-toe in a full Donald Duck costume. Yes, you read that right. He thought it was a good idea to pose like a fool in front of the mural, balloons in hand, trying to be some sort of quacking angel. 😳 What a sight, yellow tights, fluffy tail, sailor shirt and hat, and that cute red bow, such a ridiculous spectacle! To our surprise, he quickly became the center of attention. People gathered, laughing and pointing, as Mitch posed, preened, and even shook his tail on command. It was like watching an embarrassing trainwreck that you just couldn’t look away from. But the best part? Everyone was all too happy to snap pics of him looking like a complete goofball. Some even cheered him on to shake his tail more enthusiastically! If you’re ever in need of a place to embarrass yourself in public, this is it. Just ask Mitch, the guy who went from being a ‘normal’ tourist to Nashville’s most memorable duck! 🦆😂 Please give some love to this review and pictures!
The gulch is a really trendy neighborhood with walkable spaces and good places to eat. It is a bit pricey compared to other parts of Nashville. I loved taking a photo at this location.
Fun place for a photos with friends and family! Located in an upscale area of the city close to lots of shopping and food areas. We only waited about 15 minutes in line to get our picture taken here. We were told it can be a very long line though so would recommend going earlier in the day!
