We loved our stay in Host Extraordinaire’s charming historic home in Franklin. It was the perfect getaway for our family during the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was clean and comfortable. I loved relaxing on the couch and watching my kids play baseball in the large green grassy area out front. The kids loved the room with trundle bed upstairs. Location was great, whether going to the factory next door, downtown Franklin, or to Nashville! Hosts were very accommodating and responsive! Thank you!

Myself and a few friends stayed at Host Extraordinaire’s house in East Nashville/South Inglewood and it was terrific. First of all, the hosts were extremely responsive and always replied to messages within minutes. The house was clean and comfortable and actually very beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the baths were great. The location was also terrific in a quiet residential area but only a very short ride to downtown. The patio and backyard was also nice with a walkout basement with a nice bar and family room. We actually are planning to stay there again this summer. I recommend it highly!

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb in Nashville for our girls' weekend! The townhouse was beautifully decorated and so cozy – we felt right at home from the moment we stepped in. It was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, close to all the fun spots in Nashville. The host was also incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a fantastic getaway in Nashville. Definitely deserves 5 stars!

There were 10 of us and we were concerned with having enough room. Due to this, we chose a place a little off the beaten path (downtown). We were assured it was close and the Ubers were practical. The condo was amazing and accommodated all of us without a problem. I attached a picture of the master bathroom for reference). They Uber only cost $9/trip, so that was wonderful. I’d 100% recommend this rental agency.

Very nice and clean. Spacious for our group of 10. Safe and perfectly located. Communication with the host was very quick and detailed. Our first time to Nashville and will hopefully be back very soon. Would love to stay in the exact same house again

The house was perfect for our stay. It accommodated our group of twelve and was just a shirt uber ride to downtown Nashville. We will stay here again.

The property we stayed in was clean, very spacious, easy to find and was in the middle of everything we needed. Also, the team at Host Extraordinaires was so easy to work with, extremely flexible (we had to change our dates and they accommodated) and very communicative. I cannot recommend them more.

Great place overall! My friends and I visited Nashville for the first time celebrating our birthdays and were looking into something around all of our price ranges. We picked our house for the weekend and it certainly did not disappoint! Super clean, super organized, so much space. Great neighborhood. Very close to absolutely everything. 10/10! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
