I stayed here last year with my wife and we really did like the location and hotel. The restaurants were great and the beach was awesome. Everything was perfect, except for my room and the late night shift team. My room at first glance was perfect and we were upgraded to a suite which was very spacious, bright and had an amazing balcony with decent views. But the room was dirty, even after they cleaned it. You can see from the pics I posted, there was pasta sauce on the floor and wall, dirty footprints on the tile floor in the living room, hair in the bathroom drains and a s*x stain on the floor in front of the bed. The living room carpet was so disgusting the hotel completely removed it from our room. The sliding doors were so dirty they looked foggy. After checking in and noticing this we immediately called the front desk and they said it would be taken care of. We returned later that night thinking it was done and they never came. We let it go till the morning because we were tired and then we told the front desk again. We then left for the day and returned in the evening exhausted and they made the bed and that's it. So we called the front desk again and after an hour a night manager for housekeeping came up and looked at the room and was horrified. He had an employee come in and clean, it took two hours to rectify the mess and she worked hard, but we were still in the room because it was late. They removed the living room carpet and sanitized everything. I was very disappointed in how we were blown off for two days, but happy it was resolved. I was a bit thrown off that they didn't offer any kind of compensation (not even a drink!) or even an apology for the inconvenience. They wouldn't even provide an hour late checkout because our flight left a bit later in the afternoon. The hotel itself was nice, management, not so much.

Just got back. First time. People we traveled with are return guests. The resort is outstanding. Jorge from Concierge is fantastic. So friendly and helpful. Actually, all of the staff are excellent. Room was impeccable. Restaurants and bars had great service, nice variety. Pools were lovely but I would like to see them stay open a little bit later. The beach was gorgeous but I have to say the surrounding boardwalk area takes on a whole different look on the weekends. Very over-crowded, lots of young groups. Strong police presence so felt safe but not the vibe I expected for such an expensive resort but that is out of the hotel's control. Would definitely return.

This hidden gem is a wonderful hotel/resort in the perfect location. The ideal place to enjoy Hollywood Beach and a stones throw to the room. There are 3 pools on property, a few restaurants and many bars, so you'll always keep a drink in your hands. The service was impeccable and rooms are spacious. It's a bit pricey but worth the time and experience.

We stayed here for a Monday to a Saturday trip. Finding the hotel and checking in was easy. The hotel was nice and clean every day we were here. Usually I give 1 or 5 star reviews, I'm either really let down by a place, or completely wowed, but I went back and forth with this one, ultimately landing on 3 stars. Reason being is this is not a very cheap place to stay... parking is not included so you pay just about $60 a day just to have your car on site. There are 3 pools and 1 hottub... 1 very child friendly pool and another just across the way on the main floor, then there is an adult pool on the 11th floor... all of which close at 7pm. They say this is for the turtles because the lights bother them. However, the pool even after being closed is still very lit up with colorful lights and would be perfectly acceptable to still be a safe environment to swim in, the 11th floor adult pool has no excuse to close so early, not to mention the 100 bars, restaurants and shops that don't go to sleep until much later in the night. The adult pool is lacking in many ways, the pool is boring, there is a hottub down where are all of screaming children are but not one where adults can sit and relax, they really missed the mark here which is why I believe the adult pool never really had many guests there at one time. Besides the pool closing early the only other "complaints" I'd say are worth mentioning are all of the hidden fees we were stuck with after our stay nearing almost an extra $1000 including the parking, and the restaurants in the hotel could have a few more options on their menu for how expensive they are. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the hotel itself was clean and lively, this is where the 3 stars come in... find a way to keep the turtles and your guests happy with the pool, some more food options and the parking for guests should really be included and I'd be willing to give an extra star. It wasn't our worst vacation, but not our best either.

Margaritaville is an incredible escape where the fun never seems to stop! The laid-back tropical atmosphere is perfectly complemented by outstanding food and drinks. The menu offers a great variety, and every dish we tried was flavorful and beautifully presented. Of course, the margaritas are a must-try—they're absolutely top-notch! The live music added such a fantastic vibe, making the evening unforgettable. Whether you're visiting for a meal, drinks, or just to relax, Margaritaville truly delivers an amazing experience. I can't wait to return and soak up the wonderful ambiance again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a slice of paradise!

I cannot overstate how absolutely amazing the staff here. From check-in, to concierge to the activity desk and the beach—- every single person handled every request with a smile and a willingness to help. Margaritaville also really goes above and beyond to make every aspect of your stay incredibly convenient. Want a beach chair and umbrella? Just walk across the Broadwalk and in a moment’s notice you are settled. Need a fresh beach towel? They are ready and waiting at the activity desk or the adult pool on 11. Hungry and want something to eat? Scan the QR code on your chair or flag one of the wait staff walking by. The JWB steakhouse is fine dining and delicious. Not to mention the live music in several spots and the location right in the middle of the Broadwalk. The rooms are spotless and laid out with tiny thoughtful details—like the row of extra hooks perfect for hanging up wet bathing suits and the provided bathrobes. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay— I fully plan on returning!

Amazing Place! Arrived early, met at the curb, bags whisked away and given access to the resort for the day (free of charge). Pools (there are 3) allowed us to choose our company, and steps from a private beach. Teenagers could literally wander freely throughout the day (and safely). Poolside beverages and food was delivered, staff are kind and friendly. Super clean, wish we did not have to leave and already planning a trip back!

Our stay was amazing! You are instantly in paradise as soon as you step out of your car. Staff and guests are all so happy and friendly. The restaurants all have a great variety of food and drinks. Not only is the resort super clean, but everywhere around the resort is especially clean. Our stay was perfect, we will be back!
