Great Stay! comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Clean swimming pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is in a great location and is very easy to get to the hotel and all the amenities were very clean and well-maintained. I would return again.

Hotel was very clean, convenient location and easy access to the freeways. Quiet hotel, couldn’t hear people in the hallways or people getting off the elevator and we were right by the elevator. Breakfast was very good quality. Chef that works Monday-Friday was very friendly and pleasant. He offered recommendations on what to do in the area. Will definitely be staying here again.

It would be good if you sold red wine in addition to just white. Otherwise the hotel is good and good value. Good location, nice decor, clean, friendly staff, and excellent breakfast included. I would definitely stay there again. Very pleasant!

No way this should be rated a 3 star Hotel, it is definitely 5 in my books. Excellent front counter staff moved us to another very spacious room due to night street construction below without question. Cleaning lady who cleaned our room 440 everyday was just the friendliest lady. Jose and the kitchen staff were so pleasant every morning. Jose made sure the food was cooked fresh and hot right in front of you, and the rest of the breakfast buffet was awesome, such a variety of food constantly being restocked. Ayres Hotel staff thanks so much for the pleasant stay! Definitely recommend this Hotel to everyone.

There aren't enough words to describe the friendliness, courteous and overall customer service from the front desk staff. Consummate professional. The room was spacious with stuff beds and pillows. The only downside: there were pincher bugs in the bathroom and by bed probably coming in through the window from the nearby tree.

I've only stayed here twice but I have loved it both times! The rooms are great feel very clean and well taken care of. The staff is also very friendly and helpful with a lot of stuff. It's a great hotel for staying at if you're attending an event at the Honda Center, since you can literally just walk across the street. Paying for parking is kind of a bummer but makes sense otherwise people who don't stay there would be parking there for the Honda Center. Pool is nice and clean. I like that the lobby has a little convenience store built into it for snacks or medications you might want/need.

Very clean room. Extremely spa house for the price I paid. Front desk was very accommodating with early check-in, late check-out and a extra vechile. 10/10 would stay again. Breakfast was given, but as told to me by my BF. The line of people was long. Nothing to do with the hotel it's self. Maybe just go earlier than he did.

This brand is FANTASTIC! We've stayed at 3, and every one is incredible. Vaulted Ceilings in the bedroom, solid stone surfaces and tables. Mirrors ALL OVER the hotel public spaces, yet not a single finger print. The attention to detail and maintenance is obviously extremely important for the family that owns the company, and it shows. I haven't seen hotels this quality since I was a kid. My friend put it best: It's adorned like it was the Titanic, and that's a good thing. Beautiful fireplace, friendly staff that will make sure you are taken care of and know you way around, great parking, SUPER comfortable beds and pillows. We've tried to find something to complain about, there never is... We are Ayres fans now! Even Hiltons don't match their level of detail and service. Thanks for giving us wonderful stays!
