Our experience here was exceptional!! The room was amazing! It was an entire apartment with everything we needed to be comfortable and spacious. My wife and I had our own space complete with a full kitchen, living room, and bedroom with its own bathroom and jacuzzi tub. Our daughter's had their own space with a kitchenette, bathroom, 2 beds, and everything they needed to relax. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. They have a game room, indoor pool, sport facilities, and activity room. I highly recommend them and we will be going back soon to stay here.
This place was recently bought out by Hilton Grand Vacations and probably in the nick of time. Most rooms have not been updated to HGV standards. Our room is simply gross. The carpet is worn out and sticky. The doors are delaminated, the bathroom is outdated and in clear need of serious cleaning. The staff are welcoming and friendly. They push hard for a HGV presentation. Interesting the sales area has been refreshed and updated before the rooms are. Would like to see this place once it's been updated. Location is great, within walking distance of Lake Taneycomo and close to everything in Branson.
We had a lot of issues with our neighbors upstairs. They were extremely loud until 2 a.m. at around 1:15 a.m. we texted the front desk, where Aron said he would send security out. They did come, but they did not quiet down. Friday morning my husband asked the front desk lady (NOT Jenna) if we could get a new room due to the upstairs neighbors. She told him there was no one staying in that room due to it being under maintenance. Maybe she was confused on which room, as there was a lady taking her dirty laundry out of the room while talking to her young child as we sat in our car. Someone was 100% staying in that room! We were instructed by the desk staff to just wait it out and see how the night went. My husband replied no, we will be calling the law next time, as we need our sleep, and they did not listen to your security the first time. The manager stepped up and assured us we could have a new room, so he moved us to the one we requested, the adjoining room so we could move out stuff over easier. He was VERY generous and kind to allow that, and took care of us, as I feel they should have! The room happened to be a large suite; we had no idea. God blessed us beyond measure. I put "good" because the desk lady was rude and unhelpful. She clearly did not care for the customer. Jenna was delightful, as was Aron and the manager.
Positive: The room was nice and clean. Slept amazingly well. A friend came to town for a meeting and the two bedroom suite was awesome Negative: I didn?t like the $100 hold on my Credit card. Plus an additional fee of $13+ for use if hotel amenities
The staff was so helpful in answering all of our questions about the area. Everyone was so friendly and professional. The rooms were very nice and had everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable, and we loved the pillows! We will definitely come back and stay here the next time we are in Branson.
Well this rating is a two fold. I first want to talk about my experience with the staff. My experience with the staff was awesome. From the time we got there, through every issue, the staff was A1. If I could give them a 5 star 🌟, I would, all except Aaron, but I will talk about him a little later.|Upon check in, we ran into issues right off the bat. We had to wait so long to check in, that they ended up waiving my resort fee. We rented the two bedroom villa at the resort (room 703), and when we got to the room, the first thing we noticed was the heavy stained carpet. Not just in one room, in all rooms. The.kitchen was nice and stocked with the necessities we needed, but the furniture was so dated, old, and stained that I ended up purchasing a table cover just to feel comfortable enough for my family to eat on. It was a really nice size and roomy enough for my family of 6. The beds were nice, but the tubs in the second bedroom look like it had not been cleaned properly. Later on, I found out by maintenance house keeping that the stains in the tub was old paint that had never been cleaned up. (Remember I said we would talk about Aaron later). Let's continue.... my boys had to sleep on the pull out hideaway bed that the mattress was so stained that it looked like someone had been unalived ( i don't think I can say dead can I?) on that mattress. It was absolutely disgusting. The blinds were dirty, the area over the bed had something that had been wasted and never cleaned. The carpet in one.of the bedrooms had all old paint caulk in the carpet that had never been cleaned up. Now, let's talk about Aaron as I promised. He was the house keeping manager that assisted with our complaint call about the condition of the room. First off, he came in the room on his phone with his girlfriend and we had to wait until he was done honeymooning on the other line before our issues could even be addressed!!! (First mistake he made...were are already angry...and now we got to wait and listen to you honey mooning with WHOEVER this was on the other side of that phone). So, after about 3 minutes of waiting, he now decides to address us. He never apologized for our inconvenience, he came in the door with an attitude that we even complained, and we had now had to listen to him rant about 5 mins on how he can't keep any good help. ( I wanted to say, with your attitude, i dont blame them...but i digress). The icing on the cake is when he proceeded to tell us "we'll clean the hideaway bed mattress and carpet, but we're not cleaning the whole room again!" (Really?) But to say the least...he came back to the room after we left to go do some activities and at least tried to clean the carpet and hideaway mattress cover, but it was not much that could be done unfortunately. On the bright side, the kids enjoyed the activity room and the pool. Also, this location is not super far from the strip. Overall, I would never stay at this resort location ever again. But I really wish I could pack up their staff (all except Aaron) and take them with me on my next visit to Branson.
We love the Suites at Fall Creek and have stayed there tons but this time was different. We still got the comfortable condo and the kind helpful customer service. What was different was the absences of the relaxing pool/ hot tub experience. They’ve never provided a lifeguard there but after this week I think security should, at least, make an hourly pass through there. There was a huge lack of adult presence and supervision. This extra large pool was full and the actions of the preteens demonstrated a lack of consideration for others and was absolutely just dangerous. Diving, jumping on top of smaller swimmers, screaming at the top of their lungs, throwing water bottles etc. One adult, not a parent, asked them to stop. They just saluted her and repeated their actions. At one pointed I counted 17 boys under 12 years in the small hot top. They were so active they splashed most of the water out of it to the point it was as sucking air. I understand kids will be kids but they have cameras there and not responding to obviously unsupervised kids causing dangerous situations is unacceptable. We went 3 evenings and it was the same each night. The max capacity of that pool was posted as 89. There were at least that many kids and probably more. Most adults didn’t stay. This area should be for all resort guest and not just a place to dump kids.
Room was nice and clean. Could use a little maintenance. Staff was very friendly. Resort had lots to offer and my kids had so much fun in the activities room. We had an issue with our luggage getting lost and security was so helpful and not only found it but updated me right away as to ease my worries. Would definitely stay again next time I'm going that way
