Rooms are small but nicely renovated. 4th floor is horribly hot and it took all night for our room to cool off. Breakfast is expensive and the food that is served would be considered the free breakfast at most hotels but they charge $15 for it. Go to Wecks down the road for a good breakfast. Staff was very friendly.
Have stayed at hotel a few times due to business, overall would rate as good, a little pricey but was conveniently located across from plant which was nice. Used their conference rooms for conducting meetings and was easy to book with good accommodations. The breakfast was ok, could be better for what you pay for, overall quiet and well kept stay.
Great service! Exceptional staff! I would be remiss if I did not mention the bar. They serve a multitude of drinks...wines, beers, seltzers...just no liquor. There is no physical bar, just the general seating area where breakfast, lunch, and dinner is served.
The hostess Jayling is awesome! Her outgoing and welcoming professional demeanor made us feel right at home. This hotel never disappoints. It always delivers.
I hate to say it but this was an AWFUl experience. 1. Loud traffic outside the window meant almost no sleep. 2. Yapping dog barking at 4 AM. 3. Windows were filthy. 4. String coming off the towels. 5. Incredibly slow water in the bathtub. 6. Stuck pump on the shower gel in the shower—couldn’t access shower gel. 7. Sink plunger wouldn’t stay shut, made it difficult to shave. 8. Bunch of youngsters getting high in the parking lot and being loud and no one seemed to care. Maybe 2-3 of these issues would be tolerable. More than 5 makes me not feel they’ve earned my business. I asked for my points to be refunded (I paid with points) or for a free night. I was offered 50% off a night but then didn’t have the chance to use it as I had to leave ABQ so asked again for points back on my account. No response. So much for taking care of your loyal customers.
I would highly discourage anyone from staying at this hotel. During my recent stay, the hotel informed me that they placed two authorizations on my account for over $2,000. However, it turns out these were not just holds, but actual charges. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have been unable to get any resolution. Karen in the accounting department has been unresponsive, refusing to return my calls, and the hotel is now refusing to refund the charges that were never authorized. As a regular Hilton guest, I have never encountered such poor service or billing issues before. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I feel completely disregarded as a customer. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I sincerely hope Hilton addresses this issue for future guests.
The staff here is very friendly and the location is very convenient to the intel fab across the street and other shopping stores in the area. They are pricey though and their free internet is not the best. You have to pay for better service. Some of the furniture is also a bit beat up. Chairs that wobble, mini fridge missing a foot, etc. Nothing horrible, but definitely distracting. It was a great stay though and I will be a return visitor.
Nice lobby with 24 hours coffee and water point. Parking is a bit convoluted but accessible. Convenient location, bathroom is clean and great water pressure.
