Rooms were comfortable but they did not have a shuttle service like they were supposed to which we needed there is another refund policy, they place is old and run down. , I was looking so forward to be able to go swimming and there pool was all tore up getting fixed. I had canceled at another motel to stay there plus I paid 170.00, and they had nothing that was advertised NO SHUTTLE SERVICE, NO POOL, I will not ever stay there again. They were supposed to hold your credit card until arrival and did not ! They charged my account almost 2 weeks before.

Super upsetting. I booked to stay with my kids end upon check in I was told that the pool was closed. I called before booking to confirm there was a pool to use. They would not give me a refund so I had to pay for a room I didn’t even use. Would not recommend.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was awesome. The beds were very comfortable and the parts of the hotel that I saw were very clean and well kept.

For the price, it is a decent place to stay. It’s clean and you get breakfast every morning. I can’t give more than three stars only because there’s nothing outstanding about the place. But there is certainly nothing wrong with staying here.

Staff was very friendly, and I think that was the cleanest hotel bathroom I’ve ever seen. The rest of the room, towels and sheets were also very clean. The common area is a little dingy, but I didn’t care about that. Awesome value and very convenient!

Disappointed. Tired and worn. Breakfast was barely tolerable, the juice options ran so clear it looked like colored water. They had a sign up saying not to take food back to your room yet they would shut the doors to the dining area after brkfst hrs so you couldn't go in there to eat your lunch or dinner if you brought it to the hotel. The sofa in our rm was so dilapidated it felt like you were sitting in a hole & would leave a hollow depression when you got up that was visible for hours. The text reminder said that check-out was at noon, the sign behind the registration desk said 11am & the room key was disabled at between 9:30 and 9:45am. We had to go to the desk to get them to let us in. So all around it was disappointing & we will never stay there again. Do not recommend.

This hotel is mediocre at best. It gives you somewhere to sleep for the night, but it's not an easy sleep due to the cleanliness of the hotel. The pool and hot tub were drained and closed due to health code violations (posted on the door), the hotel smelled like a sewer, and the rooms were mediocre. Our room had mouse feces in the nightstand drawer and the shower curtain and box spring cover were yellow. The breakfast was standard, but the eggs, potatoes and sausage were typically cold. There is not usually anyone at the front desk, which is fine in my opinion. But for checkout there was a box on the desk that you dropped your keys in. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again and I would recommend just not booking this place. Stay somewhere else.

This place is a dump! They failed to tell us the pool and hot tub were not working. They lied about how long it was not in operation and also lied that it would be fixed and back in operation during our stay. The staff was unfriendly and when confronted they made us feel like dirt. The older gal at the desk even had the nerve to say "please step aside, I have a guest waiting behind you". On top of that, our shower/tub was not draining properly and had to stand in our own bath water during our stay. The entire public areas of the building smelled of cooked food, assuming done by the staff. Gross! The eggs at breakfast were cut into cubes that from a distance appeared to be pineapple. The breakfast was gross too! Do not waste your money here!
