I recently went on a bus trip from Atlanta, GA to this wonderful Casino Resort. The bus ride was wonderful and when we got there and walked in, i was in awe. In awe of the pleasant hospitality i received once I walked in and proceeded to sign up for the Casino Rewards. The music was blasting out alot of my favorite tunes along with a great mixture as well. I continued to walk around and soak it all in while enjoying a soda. I played one slot machine lol and i had some pretty good luck with that as well. I had a wonderful time and will be back for another visit, that's for sure.
We love it here! The hotel is GREAT! Looove the rooms, very clean and staff is amazing.. Love the casino and the games just wish they still had wheel of fortune slot game.. Also wish they had deal or no deal other than the smoking section but still love this place.. And the Gordon Ramsey Restaurant is amazing.. We really enjoy coming here.. No complaints from us.. Thank You All
Avoid the scenic route if you don't like heights, extremely sharp & dangerous curves on tight roads through the mountains. It takes FOREVER. The resort can be confusing as there appears to be multiple "towers" on property. We went to the wrong building before being directed to the correct one. We were advised that valet services are included with every reservation upon check-in! We did not know that and that is not standard on Caesars Properties. Check-in was virtually painless with little to no line. And the room was wonderful WITH a microwave!!! Microwaves are also not standard in Caesars Properties rooms so we were really happy to see that as we had a wonderful dinner on property and were actually able to enjoy the leftovers WARMED UP later in the evening! The showers are extra large and fantastic. The room was clean and the beds, COMFORTABLE! Bedding was perfect although I prefer 4 pillows as opposed to 3, but I'm not complaining. We did not win at the casino and our money went really fast. So we weren't able to play as much as we wanted but had a nice time otherwise. Overall we had a pleasant 1 night visit. We are headed back for a second, 1 nighter and will see if it's just as nice.
We enjoyed our stay in the Cherokee Tower. The food at Ruth Chris is phenomenal. We love coming here. We come 2-3 times a year. The manager Sherri at the valet parking is very helpful and so nice. We appreciate her hospitality. She gets 10 stars! She gets it done! We will be back soon.
The staff room and dining experiences were excellent. The bed was sooo comfy. Loved the roomy dual shower! Will definitely be back. The food at the bar was great. The hotel is nice. We also GR Market wish was a pleasant surprise. So many options
My favorite casino to visit! Clean rooms and delicious food as well! The slots are always fun to play. I've been here four separate times and always enjoy my stay. Definitely my go to casino resort!
Customer service was excellent! We had a great time. The food was good. My room was clean and spacious. I stayed at the Creek tower non smoking. The. Travis Twitt Concert was fabulous. Most of all the casino experience was great. I won on the slots
Had a great time at Harrah’s Cherokee with a group of buddies—we went over for a round of golf and stayed the night. The casino itself is a lot of fun, and the food was excellent. We ate at Guy Fieri’s Cherokee Kitchen + Bar, and it definitely lived up to expectations. That said, navigating the casino and hotel was a bit of a challenge. The layout is super confusing—I got turned around more than once trying to find my room in the Creek Tower. Clear signage or even a mobile app with maps and directions to rooms, games, restaurants, and towers would make a big difference. The hotel room was okay, but not great. It didn’t feel very clean—pretty sure there was a booger on my sheet, and there was no fitted sheet, just some loose tucking that made sleeping uncomfortable. Public bathrooms throughout the building could also use more attention; they weren’t the cleanest. Overall, we still had a great time. The staff was friendly, the food and gambling were on point, and it was a fun getaway. If they stepped up their cleanliness and made navigation easier, it’d be a five-star experience.
