A very nice, park filled with history. Beautiful paths. Visitor center under renovation, but they have a mobile substitute.
Amazing hike. Good, challenging hills. Natural terrain. Rated moderate. Would completely agree. Historical and natural signage everywhere.
Beautiful park. The grounds are very well kept and it's a great place to walk. Very peaceful. History, eagles, wildlife, woodland trails, picnic tables, very clean restrooms, panoramic views of the river and bottoms, and natural beauty everywhere you look.
Very helpful park rangers. The visitor center is still under construction and in a trailer next door. Still worth a stop in for park information
Just the thought of so many lives lost 800+ even with the madness it's still beautiful place. Kids enjoyed the run around place. Haha. There is nesting pair of 🦅 there too kinda neat to see. The cannons where a hit with the boys!
Super cool visitor center with lots of information! The park rangers were very informative and friendly. Definitely one of the top visitors centers I've been to.
Another great national Park, make sure to add it to the list
Actual visitor center is still under refurb construction, but trailer is informative and restroom was clean. We visited on a day that wasn't conducive to outdoor activities due to thunderstorms, but ranger gave us lots of good information and we were still able to do the scenic driving tour.
